I hope you are well today. Can you believe June is upon us? It's crazy to me how quickly time passes. More reason to ensure we make the most of each day we have. 
 
The articles we're sharing this month explore what weak infrastructure can do to the heart of an organization. We are finally seeing more people pay attention to the failures that happen when organizations are pressured into underfunding the administrative side of their operations. 

Researchers are shedding light on the problems caused by constant pressure to do more with less in the nonprofit sector. How different this is from the for-profit approach that is focused on internal strength and structure. I hope the perspectives shared in these articles inspire you to budget and ask for what you need to truly do the work you are called to with excellence.
